So, this is my boyfriend (yet again) :).
His name is Eric. I've posted numerous pictures of him, and for those of you who are regulars to my site, you know who he is.
Anyways, he came over for a bit last night after the family Christmas festivities with our respective families, and since he got a laptop for Christmas, we were messing around with our new computers. :)

What can I say about these girls? Their styles are pretty far out. Some of them looks decent, and maybe even kind of cool. But overall, they look pretty outrageous. My commentary on the photo above pretty much sums it up.

Apparently this is a huge trend in Japan in which girls, and some brave boys, coat themselves in skin bronzer, apply huge amounts of eye makeup, bleach their hair, and cover themselves in bracelets and bright colors.

From what I gather there are 3 different types of Ganguro such as:

and Manba:

 

They are all pretty much the same. The only difference is that their style gets more extreme. Supposedly, they are suppose to look like Californian girls. But…

Man, I always forget how much I love Simple Plan until I start heavily listening to them again.

Like I am right now.

And even though they bring back memories-both good and bad, I won't stop because I aboustley love this band.

Yeah, go ahead and call them "whiny little Canadian wanna be rockers" but that won't stop the fact that I love them so much.

No matter what, I will always have Simple Plan, their songs just bring back so many memories, like I said before.

But they were first band that I could honestly realte to.
